The ICISET 2026 registration fees are as follows, and must be paid in USD or in local currency (NAD) as per the exchange rate at the time of the payment. Note that the amounts in the table are in US Dollars (USD)

Each paid registration covers only one presentation.

Registration fees can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.

Step-by-Step Guide for Credit Card Payment:

  1. Go to https://my.nust.na/pay-online
  2. Select “General Payment”, accept the terms and conditions, and complete the security captcha.
  3. Enter the payer’s personal details, select the type of general payment (e.g., Conference), and enter the amount.
  4. Click “Make Payment” - you’ll be redirected to the secure DPO page. For USD to NAD conversion, please use   https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ at the time of the payment.
  5. Enter your personal and card details (Details entered on the card payment page should have no punctuations/ special characters)
  6. Tick to accept the DPO terms & conditions
  7. Click “PAY” to complete the transaction.
